The installation and load testing of actuators in a robot system is a crucial step for ensuring proper functionality. Below is a detailed step-by-step guide to help you successfully install and conduct load tests on robot joint actuators.
1. Fix the L-Shaped Bracket -Secure the L-shaped bracket firmly to the workbench using screws, ensuring that all screws are tightly fastened. -Make sure the bracket is stable and won’t shift during the testing process.
2.Attach the Motor and Large Gasket -Take the 70-80 model motor and the large gasket. -Attach the gasket to the motor, ensuring the gap in the gasket aligns with the motor’s screw holes. -Place the combined motor and gasket onto the L-shaped bracket, ensuring the motor’s flexible wheel cover end fits snugly with the bracket.
3. Secure the Motor and Gasket to the Bracket -Use screws to attach the motor and gasket to the L-shaped bracket. -Start by loosely inserting all screws. -Slightly rotate and adjust the screws to ensure they align properly before tightening them securely with a screwdriver.
4. Install the Small Gasket and Arm -Attach the small gasket to the arm. -Insert a screw into the outermost screw hole of the arm and align it with the screw hole on the motor’s flexible wheel cover. -Tighten the screw using a screwdriver. Again, slightly rotate and fix all screws before fully tightening them.
5. Assemble the Load and Weights -Insert bolts into the holes at the lower end of the arm. -Pass the barbell weights through these bolts and secure them with nuts to ensure they are tightly fastened. -Tighten the nuts to fix the weights in place securely.
6. Complete the Installation and Conduct the Load Test Once the assembly is complete, the robot joint actuator load testing setup is ready. Conduct the motor load test to ensure the motor operates normally and can handle the load during practical use.
