How to install and test the robot joint actuator ?

The testing of the robot joint actuators before its official assembly is very important. Which can prevent damage to the motor during use.
Accessory preparation 1. Robot joint body, 2. Power supply cable 3. Can cable 4. Capacitor 5. Connector 6. Resistance 7. Battery 8. Debugger 9. USB interface
We do the debugger wiring operation.we First connect the matching three PIN cable according to the pin definition; Red wire connects to H Yellow wire connects to S Black wire connects to L Then we connect the wired terminals to the debugger. We turn on one of the terminating resistor connection switches . The debugger wiring operation is completed.
ext we prepare for the connection of the host computer; First connect the three PIN CAN,cable to the CAN interface of the robot joint,and then connect the USB interface of the debugger to the computer;We have wired up the mating power terminalto the 48V power supply ,now we connect it to the power terminal of the robot joint. The joint actuators has three test modes: current mode, position mode and speed mode, which can be tested according to the user's usage situation.
