HU Series Harmonic Actuator Module – Customer 6-Axis Robotic Arm Application

Our new HU Series Harmonic Actuator Modules are designed for high-performance robotic applications requiring compact size, high precision, and reliable motion control.
The HU Series currently covers models from HU08 to HU40, with a rated torque range from 2.4Nm to 320Nm, providing flexible solutions for different robotic joint requirements.
Each actuator integrates:
 ·  Frameless torque motor 
 ·  19bit + 19bit dual encoders 
 ·  Harmonic reducer 
 ·  Integrated driver 
 ·  UART / CANopen / EtherCAT communication 
 ·  STO safety interface 
This customer application shows a 6-axis robotic arm assembled with:
 ·  3 × HU25 actuators 
 ·  3 × HU14 actuators
The robot demonstrates smooth motion control, compact structure, and precise multi-axis operation.
With high integration and multiple communication options, the HU Series helps simplify robot development and reduce integration time, making it suitable for robotic arms, humanoid robots, and various automation applications.
