TD Series Harmonic Drive Joint actuators in Humanoid Robot Testing

We are currently conducting advanced testing on a humanoid robot platform powered by our TD Series harmonic drive joint modules. This project highlights the performance, integration flexibility, and reliability of our joint solutions in next-generation robotics applications.
 
During testing, the TD Series modules demonstrated:
 
  • 1. High precision motion control, ensuring smooth and accurate joint movement
  • 2. Compact and integrated design, significantly simplifying system assembly
  • 3. High torque density, meeting the demanding load requirements of humanoid structures
  • 4. Stable and reliable performance, even under continuous dynamic operation

The humanoid robot is currently undergoing functional validation, including motion coordination, trajectory tracking, and load performance tests. Initial results show excellent synchronization and responsiveness across all joints.
This project further proves that our TD Series harmonic joint modules are well-suited for advanced robotics applications, including humanoid robots, collaborative robots, and exoskeleton systems.
